John Lewis - PC demo


Overview

The Creative Engine developed this technically accomplished PC demo for John Lewis, a company that operates an upmarket chain of UK department stores. This demo has since been acclaimed as being 'best-in-class' by some of the biggest names in consumer electronics and has received a great reaction from the marketing teams at John Lewis, as well as partners and customers.

This demo features the Electronic Fact Tag system that we pioneered as far back as 2007. The Electronic Fact Tag system scans the host PC's hardware to make sure that the demo always displays the correct specification for the computer it's running on, avoiding problems associated with sales staff accidentally mislabelling PCs. As a result, the PC demo allows customers to compare and contrast the complete range of PCs within John Lewis and selected Waitrose stores.

The demo is optimised for touch screen and utilises intuitive swipe and tap gestures. This allows natural and intuitive navigation to a wealth of information.
