Update: Chloe left the company in August 2018
My job is to keep our projects on track, so you’ll find me focused on costings, time management and coordination. It is a role in which really plays to my strengths, and it gives me a buzz to see things running smoothly and know that I played a large part in that.
I was a project manager for an ATM installer before I came to The Creative Engine. I set up its project management office and, once it was running smoothly, took a role in the NHS, where I spent a year planning projects, mapping processes and managing the many stakeholders of a Foundation Trust Hospital.
I was intimately involved in writing the documentation that formed part of the Trust’s PRINCE2 adherence (Projects In Controlled Environments), so it’s fair to say I’m a bit of a projects and processes geek at heart.
Coming to The Creative Engine after working for two large employers was like a breath of fresh air. It’s fun, friendly, and far more exciting, and with so many projects coming on line every month, I get to work with a far more diverse range of clients.
There are fewer restraints on what you can do than anywhere I’ve worked before, and because of that you actually want to come to the office each day. It gives me great satisfaction to have the freedom to try new things, implement innovative processes, and focus so completely on delivering the best possible product for every client.
